Employment Tribunal Representation

No Win, No Fee (NWNF)

We will assess your claim and determine if it meets the criteria for No Win, No Fee (NWNF) funding.  This will be clearly explained to you at any initial meeting that we have. 

If we accept your case on NWNF funding, you will be charged 35% including VAT of any compensation that you are awarded – you keep the rest, no matter what amount you receive.  You will only need to pay us when you receive your compensation.

If you lose, you won’t have to pay us any legal costs – you’ll only need to cover any “disbursements” (any extras that you are required to pay).

Alternative Funding Options

If you aren’t eligible for NWNF funding, you might be eligible for other alternative funding methods, such as Legal Expenses Insurance.  We also offer pay-as-you go funding, charged at £240 plus VAT per hour.

HR Consultancy

Friendly, expert help, whether you’re trying to resolve a workplace conflict or make sense of a company process. The work we do for you is performed by one of our HR Consultants (rather than a legal representative).
