Having trained under a partner with over 28 years’ experience in the field, she has advised on workplace investigations, settlement agreements, redundancy processes and Employment Tribunal matters. She is particularly motivated by helping clients understand their options and is known for her clear communication and steady, supportive approach.
Fun fact
During her year abroad in the United States, Rebecca won her university’s annual pageant, becoming the first international student to do so. She learnt how to build genuine connections and engage confidently with communities beyond her own.
