Rachel is an employment solicitor with a current practising certificate and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
She has wide-ranging experience advising employers, recruitment businesses and individuals on employment law, with particular expertise in the recruitment sector. Before moving into private practice, Rachel worked at the REC, the largest professional body for UK recruitment, where she advised hundreds of recruitment businesses on employment, legal and compliance issues.
Rachel advises on both day-to-day HR matters and more complex employment issues, including contracts, settlement agreements, discrimination, unfair dismissal and employment tribunal work. She brings a practical, commercial and refreshingly straight-talking approach, helping clients understand their options clearly and make confident decisions.
Fun fact
Rachel came to law as a second career after working in the travel industry and completed her law degree whilst raising three young children, so she is no stranger to juggling priorities.
