Laura is a Chartered HR Consultant and works as an Employment Lawyer.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, with over 15 years’ experience across private and non-profit sectors. She brings Board-level insight from roles in HR consultancy, employment law, accountancy, civil engineering and national operations management, and is a qualified mediator.

Laura trained in tribunal advocacy with Central Law Training and has been mentored throughout her career by a retired employment judge. She’s known for driving cultural change, resolving complex disputes, and navigating unionised environments across multiple UK sites.
